Mark McInnes - Chief Executive Officer
Mark McInnes was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Premier Investments Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer of Just Group, on April 4, 2011.
Mark is an experienced retailer with over 25 years of success in retail, including his most recent position as Chief Executive Officer of David Jones Ltd. In his time as CEO of David Jones, Mark turned the company into a fashion and financial success and generated in excess of $2 billion dollars of Shareholder value. When he became CEO of David Jones, the share price was $1.03 and when he left it was $4.44. In addition, the dividend per share had grown from 6c a share to 28c a share.
Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne University.
David Bull – Fast Fashion Director
David became Director of Fast Fashion in July 2009 and is responsible for two of our fast fashion brands being Dotti and Portmans.
David held the position of Merchandising Director - Casualwear since December 2006 to July 2009 responsible for the Just Jeans, Jay Jays and Dotti Casualwear Brands. Previously David was the General Manager Merchandising Casualwear since September 2005 having been General Manager Merchandising for Just Jeans since July 2002.
Kathy Cocovski – Director, Just Jeans
Kathy joined the Just Group in February 2010 as Director of Just Jeans.
Kathy has over 30 years experience in Retail, initially with Myer in Buying roles across Mens, Womens and Kids Apparel & Accessories. Prior to joining the Just Group, Kathy worked with Woolworths Ltd as General Manager, General Merchandise and Tobacco for Woolworths Supermarkets and prior to that General Manager of Buying, Marketing, Buying Admin, Planograms and Quality Assurance for Big W.
Kathy is responsible for the total operations of the Just Jeans Brand including strategy, brand and range development.
Ashley Gardner - Chief Financial Officer
Ashley Gardner was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2007 and is responsible for the Groups Finance and IT departments and joined the Just Group Board of Directors in April 2011 as an Executive Director.
Ashley has impeccable finance, retail and fashion credentials including previous positions of CFO and Executive Director at Country Road.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Martin Hourigan – Group General Manager, Commercial
Martin joined The Just Group in June 2011 as Group General Manager – Commercial.
Martin has 20 year’s retail experience, most recently working with David Jones for ten years in a number of General Management roles including the establishment of the company’s highly successful non-merchandise procurement programme.
Martin holds a Master of Business Administration from AGSM.
Rachel Kelly – Retail Director
Rachel has been with the Just Group for over 10 years in various leadership positions and previously held the position of General Manager, Retail.
Rachel became Retail Director in 2010 and is responsible for the retail & store operations for Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Jacqui E, Portmans & Dotti and joined the Just Group Board of Directors in April 2011.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Australia.
Tom Kimberley – Group General Manager, Smiggle
Tom has been with the Just Group for over 10 years and through that time has held various leadership roles across supply-chain, corporate business development and brand leadership.
Tom was appointed General Manager of Smiggle in April 2009.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
Darragh Miller – Group General Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics
Darragh joined the Just Group in September 2011 as the Group General Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics.
Darragh has over 15 years of retail experience in Australia and the UK. He started his career with the Signet Group in the UK and then held several management positions at Myer. His most recent positions at Myer included GM Supply Chain and GM Projects which included responsibility for strategy.
Darragh holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork and is also a Chartered Management Accountant.
Deanna Moylan – Group General Manager, Jay Jays
Deanna joined the Just Group in July 2011 as Group General Manager for Jay Jays.
Prior to joining the Just Group, Deanna had over 7 years retail experience working with Myer, most recently as the General Manager for Women's Youth Apparel & Accessories and previously across Buying roles in Women's Apparel areas. Deanna brings with her a strong sourcing network and proven track record for launching new brands and re-building existing businesses with her strategic acumen, extensive leadership skills and her strong sense for developing on trend commercial product.
Deanna holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
Julie Otter – Group General Manager, Peter Alexander
Julie joined Peter Alexander as General Manager in January 2010 and is responsible for all areas of the Peter Alexander Brand.
Julie began her career with GAP in London and has most recently held the positions of Retail Director at Jeans West as well as General Manager M.A.C. Cosmetics Australia.
Julie has over 15 years of successful retail experience.
Anne Po – General Manager, Sourcing
Anne joined Just Group as General Manager - Sourcing in March 2011 and is responsible for streamlining the group's sourcing activities through multiple channels, managing offshore vendors, improving quality process and exploring new markets to deliver more competitive margins.
Anne has a wealth of sourcing, QA and production experience from her time in Hong Kong, China and US with the Swire Group, Li & Fung Trading, Sears and Walmart.
Anne holds an MBA degree with the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BA with the University of Hong Kong.
Karen Russell – Group General Manager, Jacqui E
Karen joined the Just Group in August 2011 as the Group General Manager, Jacqui E.
Karen has 27 years of experience in retail. Prior to joining the Just Group, her previous roles include management positions in retail and buying with Myer, Myer Direct and Target across various apparel categories.
Her most recent role being Business Manager of Ladieswear for Target and Target Country Australia.
